Accessibility
A website should not create unnecessary barriers
Prismo is working to make this website usable across a range of devices, input methods, and assistive technologies. This statement describes the current approach without claiming certification or perfect conformance.

Our approach
The current rebuild uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for design, content, and development decisions. Referencing that standard is not the same as an independent audit, legal determination, or certification.
The public templates are designed to support semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link, keyboard navigation, visible focus, text labels, meaningful link language, responsive reflow, text alternatives, form instructions, status messages, and reduced-motion preferences where motion is used.
Ongoing work and known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and automated checks alone cannot establish that every person can use every workflow. Legacy documents, older media, third-party services, or newly published content may contain barriers that have not yet been identified. The website may also change between reviews.
Prismo intends to prioritize issues that block navigation, understanding, form submission, or access to core service information. Where a third-party service cannot be changed directly, Prismo will consider an accessible alternative or a different provider where practical.
Request help or report a barrier
If you cannot access information or complete a task, email [email protected]. Please include:
- The page address or name of the content.
- What you were trying to do.
- The barrier you encountered.
- Your browser, device, or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it.
- The format or communication method that would work better for you.
Prismo will use that information to investigate and, when possible, provide the requested content or another way to complete the task. Please do not include sensitive information in an accessibility report.
Feedback is part of the process
Real user feedback can reveal barriers that specifications and testing miss. Constructive reports are welcome and will inform future improvements to this website and Prismo's delivery process.
